What an absolute delight! I have a thing for obscure shifters and Arachne certainly takes the cake. I love that she has become such a strong woman, but still has that soft center she tries to protect. And her man is all that and a bag of chips to be sure. The author kept the uniqueness coming with the pets these two can claim m and the way they celebrate their match. This book was a fantastic addition to the collection and I can’t wait to read the next story by this author.

Griffin is protective of Arachne. He's becomes smitten by her shifter spider. Griffin's reaction to Arachne being his mate and he how he cones to love her is swoon worthy.

Wow just Wow! I connected with these characters Ari & Griff on a deep level. I loved this book!
Griff is a half human & half demon that can't shift, he's in the legate, and so much more. Ash sends him for a suit for speed dating. What could go wrong?
He comes across Buggie, gotta love Buggie! Thinking Buggie has been up to mischief he's about to exile him when a fiery, feisty,gorgeous Ari sees him with Buggie! She's not allowing ANYONE to mess with Buggie so she & Snowflake are more than happy to intervene.
Ari's worried about changes to her spiderlings. Their numbers are declining. She's in a rather foul mood when Aphrodite & Eve show up to invite her to speed dating. Ari's a seamstress and it's been far too long since she last dated. Everyone is scared of her Spider form. What could happen?.

They had both thought they were destined to be alone. The really good news is Griffin discovers what happened to her missing spider babies and it is good news.

The chemistry between Ari and Griff is brilliant. Both interested in each other but they are reluctant to engage in a relationship. Because both have personal baggage that makes them think that no-one would want to date them. They meet briefly when Ari is out spiderling hunting and Griff blames her rather large pet spider Buggie for demolishing the surveillance cameras. He tries to arrest Buggie but they escape with the help of Snowflake. But she can't stop thinking about him. He is called into his boss's office and told he has to take holidays and that he is to go to the speed dating mingle. He tries to protest but Ash insists and sends him to Ari to get a suit that will both cover his ever present tail and curb his toxic sweat. The sass between them is fun as she fits him for his suit. During the fitting she shows him the tiny spiders and he finds he is besotted with her. He ends up helping her find the reason for the diminishing spiderling population. But after an incident with his legion she disappears. But fate is waiting to help out in the form of Aphrodite and she is brow beaten into going to the speed dating mingle where she meets Griff again. Their journey together towards their HEA was full of fun, adventure and passion. I really enjoyed the way the characters and story was written. A great love story. Would definitely recommend reading this one.
