Pancha Ratha or five chariots is a group of monuments bearing the signs of the architectural supremacy during the ruling of Pallava Dynasty in Mahabaipuram, India. The creation of Pancha Ratha started during the reign of Pallava King Mahendravarman I (600 CE – 630 CE) and was completed by his son King Narasimhavarman I (630 CE – 680 CE).
